Shipping policy

Made to order
We print each part after you order it and inspect it before it ships. Every product is test-fitted on the actual stroller it is listed for before we launch it. Nothing sits in a warehouse. The practical consequence is that orders do not leave the same hour they are placed — a part is made for you, inspected, and then boxed.
You will get tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States and internationally to most countries. All orders are dispatched from Texas.
If your country is not offered at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet. Email support@strollerhouse.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can.
Rates and options
Shipping options and their costs are shown at checkout before you pay, based on your address. Domestic orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage, and shipping is free on orders of $20 and over. International orders are handled through our global commerce partner, and you will see the carriers and rates available for your address at checkout.
Duties and import taxes on international orders
The price you pay at checkout is the full price. For international orders, import duty and local sales tax or VAT are calculated and charged as part of your order, and paid to your country's authorities on your behalf. You should not be asked for anything further before your parcel is delivered.
If a carrier or postal service does ask you for an additional payment on a Stroller House order, please contact us at support@strollerhouse.com with a photo of the notice before paying it, and we will sort it out.
Every shipment is declared at its actual paid value, as plastic articles under HS code 3926.90, with the United States as the country of origin. We will not under-declare a parcel or mark it as a gift.
Customers in the EU, EEA and United Kingdom
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, in addition to everything in our refund policy. The details are set out there and in Section 22A of our Terms of Service.
Delivery estimates
Carrier delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier its progress is in their hands rather than ours — but if something looks wrong, tell us and we will help you chase it rather than pointing you at a tracking number.
International parcels take longer than the carrier's headline transit time more often than domestic ones do, because customs clearance is an unpredictable step that nobody can schedule. Allow for it before you tell us a parcel is late.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address before you submit an order. If you spot a mistake, email support@strollerhouse.com straight away. If we have not printed and boxed it yet we can usually correct it.
Lost, delayed or damaged in transit
If a package is well past its estimate, shows as delivered but is not there, or arrives damaged, email support@strollerhouse.com with your order number and a photo if there is damage. We will work it out with you. See the refund policy for how replacements work.
