Asking whether something will fit

This is most of what we get, and we are happy to answer it. Send us:

• A photo of the mounting point on your stroller — the slot or socket where the part would attach
• The model name and rough year of the frame. It is usually on a label near the fold joint or under the frame
• What you are trying to attach, and whose it is

That is normally enough for a straight yes or no. If we are not sure, we will say so rather than guess — a wrong answer costs you a return and costs us a customer. The fit guide covers the common ones if you would rather not wait.

A problem with an order

Include your order number and a photo if something arrived damaged or does not seat correctly. We will replace it at our cost, and you will not need to ship the original back — see shipping and returns. You will not have to argue with anyone.

An adapter we don't make yet

Tell us what you have and what you want it on. We buy the stroller before we design for it, so requests genuinely decide which frame we order next, and the people who ask first hear first. Right now an UPPAbaby Vista and a Ridge are on the bench.
