Short answer: no, not yet. A CYBEX shopping basket will not mount to an UPPAbaby Vista with either brand's parts. We are building the adapter — and the same part for the CYBEX Gazelle S and eGazelle S ships today.
The Gazelle S version you can buy now
If you are on a Gazelle S rather than a Vista, this is solved: the Lower-Slot Basket Adapter carries the CYBEX shopping basket in the lower slot, so the seat, carrycot or car seat can ride above it at the same time. The seat still reclines fully flat.
Why the lower position, and not the handlebar
Hanging weight is the single most common way a stroller tips. It is why every stroller manual warns against hanging bags off the handlebar.
A loaded basket belongs low and inside the wheelbase, where the weight is carried rather than levered. We do not make a handlebar version of anything and do not plan to. The constraint is the reason the product is trustworthy, so we would rather explain it than hide it.
What it carries — and what it never carries
A basket adapter carries cargo only. It is not a child restraint, is not certified to any child restraint standard, and must never be used to support or carry a child or anything a child rides in or on.
What we are doing about the Vista version
In design, lower position. Not shipping yet. Tell the Fit Finder you want it and we will email you the day it ships.
