Short answer: no, not with the parts either company sells. A CYBEX carry cot will not mount to an UPPAbaby Vista frame. This is the mirror image of putting an UPPAbaby bassinet on a CYBEX Gazelle S, and we are designing both halves of the pair together.
Why it does not fit
The two systems differ in polarity, not just dimensions. Each frame expects its own brand's fitting, and the halves that would need to meet are the same sex — there is nothing for one to seat into. An adapter has to supply the missing half, which is why this is a designed part rather than a sleeve or a shim.
The part most people miss: the Vista has two different mounts
The Vista has an upper and a lower mounting position, and they are not the same size connector. The lower position takes the smaller one — it is where an UPPAbaby RumbleSeat rides when you convert the Vista to a double.
That matters for adapters: a part built for the upper position physically will not serve the lower one. When our carry cot adapter ships it will come in an upper version and a lower version, and you will pick the position you actually want to mount in. If you want both, you need both.
Which Vista years this covers
Vista V3, V2 and 2015–2019 share a mounting interface. Vista frames from 2014 and earlier do not and are not compatible. UPPAbaby draws the same 2015 line on its own accessory pages, so if you are buying second-hand, the model year is the first thing to check.
