Short answer: no, not with the parts either company sells. An UPPAbaby Toddler Seat will not mount to a CYBEX Gazelle S or eGazelle S frame without an adapter. We are designing one.
Make sure it is the Toddler Seat, not the RumbleSeat
UPPAbaby makes two different seats and the adapters do not swap. This is the single most common mix-up we see.
The Toddler Seat is the main seat. The RumbleSeat is the second seat that turns a Vista into a double — it rides in the Vista's lower position on the smaller of the frame's two connector sizes, and it ships with its own lower adapters.
Different mounts, different adapters. If you have a RumbleSeat, you want the RumbleSeat pairing instead. Check the label on the seat before ordering.
Why UPPAbaby's own adapters do not help
UPPAbaby sells upper and lower adapters, but they convert between UPPAbaby parts and UPPAbaby frames. They do not present the fitting a CYBEX frame is looking for, so they solve a different problem entirely. Bridging two brands needs a part designed against both halves — which means owning both, measuring both, and printing until it seats.
What we are doing about it
In design now. Not shipping yet. This one carries a child, which is a different safety problem from a basket or a cooler bracket, and we would rather take the time than reuse cargo-bracket language on a part a toddler sits in.

What fits a Gazelle S today
• Lower-Slot Basket Adapter — the CYBEX shopping basket carried in the lower slot.
• YETI Hopper Flip Cooler Mount — a Hopper Flip 8 or 12, low and inside the wheelbase.
• Balance Bike & Scooter Holder — a balance bike or a kick scooter carried on the upper side frame tube. Either side on the Gazelle S; the left tube only on the eGazelle S.
